DanCe & Fitness Classes

Not sure where to start? 

Most classes at Pole Party are beginner and new attendee friendly! But if you're a bit nervous we have multiple Introductory classes weekly to attend before committing to a full on class.

We suggest new students start their first class in one of our;

or you can sign up for next Beginners Course found on the Courses Tab! We also have the option of dropping into the current running course where room allows. The beginners course is designed so you can start at any session without feeling behind.

We've put together a brief outline of each for you to have an idea of where you'd like to start!
 

Open/Introduction Class 45min

NEW STUDENTS

Learn basic pole and dance safety before you join a full-on class! Focusing on warmup technique, safety in movement, dance and pole. 

Feel free to ask all the questions you have!
Experienced/current students can hire a pole during theses sessions to work on their own independent training or as a refresher.

Floorplay - Floorwork & Heels Class

Floorwork, Heels class, Chair dance

No Poles needed, A movement based choreography class focused on low flow chair and floor acrobatics.

Easily practiced at home!

Pole Fit - Pole Fitness Class

Syllabus / Levels

NEW STUDENTS

A fitness class based around learning pole moves, poses, and tricks through individualized syllabi. It includes a warm up and a warm down and focuses on the technique and execution of the moves. All levels welcome!

Pole Pump - Aerobics Dance Class

Aerobics workout class

A 45min long cardio/strength class based on exercises used to create and train muscles to help progress to more advanced pole tricks. Finish off the hour with 15min to stretch!

Pole Flow - Pole Dance Class

Combos, Technique, Routines

A pole dance class focusing on combinations, technique and movement using the pole and floor to a choreographed sequence.

Fantasy on Spin - Spin Pole Combos & Technique and style

Static Dreams - Static Pole Combos & Technique and style

Choreography - Choreographed sequences of combos honing performance technique and style
