DanCe & Fitness Courses

Nervous to Join a main class? here's a packaged course just for you!

Our Courses are designed to teach you the basics and get you started before joining one of our other classes. This is a set lesson struction where you learn your warm ups, basic moves and 1-2 minute routine over 6 lessons. Everything contained in the course is covered in our FIT and FLOW classes - you will not miss out on learning anything if you just jump straight into class!
