Floorplay - DELICIOUS FLOW
1hr Flow dance class focusing on chair and floor work. All Levels
Service Description
DELICIOUS FLOW Tuesday – 7pm This course offers you the opportunity to explore your sensuality and erotic energy in a fun and safe environment. Through learning different combinations of movements, you will work on connecting with the floor, your body and your breathing. We’ll focus on taking space, melting moves together, playing with different speeds and building intensity. Some days, you will play with the chair and learn how to use this fun tool to upgrade your skills! This course is perfect if you want to learn to move in a sensual way, work on your expressivity and feel like a goddess! You can join this course whether you're a complete beginner or have some dancing experience: classes are built to accommodate everyone and offer different options based on your level. Each class will start with a 20 minutes warm up that will focus on strengthening your legs, core, back and better your mobility and flexibility throughout the weeks. Heels are preferred but not mandatory. Tip: wear something that makes you feel like a baddie!

Please ensure all lotions, oils, tans and products are showered off before class as they become a safety hazard. Please no jewelry, permanent jewelry is asked to be taped up for safety and to ensure no damage to the apparatus. By signing up to classes and/or becoming a Member of Pole Party Dunedin (PPD), it is assumed you (The Member/ Participant) have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You will not be permitted to participate in classes without doing so. If you find yourself unable to agree with the below terms and conditions, we recommend you do not book into our classes. Pole Party Dunedin reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and you will be notified of this via your Wix Account and Discord notifications. Agreement I confirm I am aged 16 or above. I understand that PPD will always work with my best interest in mind. I agree to inform PPD of any injury or circumstances which may put myself or others at risk, while attending/participating in lessons. I will always be respectful and supportive to your instructor and other students. PPD has ZERO TOLERANCE of inappropriate / abusive behaviour of any kind and you will be asked to leave with no refund. Students are requested to abide by the Studio Etiquette PPD will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to student’s property. All students are advised to bring belongings at their own risk. I understand that pole dancing / fitness / dancing is a potentially dangerous sport. I agree to practice safely within the boundaries of my own capabilities as advised by my instructor. Involvement in Pole dancing / fitness / dancing and related activities carries a significant risk of damage to property, personal injury or death. Participation is at your own risk. I understand that participation in this sport has potential dangers and that I take full and sole responsibility for my actions and safety.
